Owl Hill Learning Center uses developmentally appropriate practice to help children reach their full potential.

Staff Qualifications
Owl Hill Learning Centers are licensed for full service child care by the PA Department of Human Services and for preschool services by the PA Department of Education Bureau of Private Academic Schools.

Lead teachers hold PA Level 1 Early Childhood certifications. Support staff meets or exceeds state requirements.
