About Us
The Owl Hill Learning Center on Owl Hill Road in Lititz is where it all started in 1984. The owners began offering childcare and nursery school classes under a dual license with the PA Departments of Public Welfare and Education.

Owl Hill Learning Center is licensed by the PA Department of Human Services for full-service childcare, and by the PA Department of Education Bureau of Private Academic Schools.
